Adventures in Gluten Free Cooking: Cranberry Orange Scones


I tried a new twist this morning on my GF Scones recipe.
I followed the same recipe (from the link above) except I substituted cranberries for the raisins, and I added some orange zest (about 1 tablespoon).I also sprinkled a little turbinado sugar (or raw sugar) on the top for a little sweet crunch. My hubby (who usually does not care for cranberries) ate 2 for breakfast and took one with him to work!
