Adventures in the Kitchen: Sparkling Summer Punch

Here is a simple, refreshing summer drink recipe that your guests will love!
(We may or may not have consumed 2 bottles of this in just one week! It is so good!)
You only need 2 ingredients: Ginger Ale, and fruit tea bags
(Today I used peach tea, but we have tried it with raspberry tea, and berry zinger tea and loved all the flavors)
Step 1: Open ginger ale and pour about 3/4th of a cup out.
(Go ahead and drink the extra - you don't need it later...)
Step 2: Place 3 tea bags into the bottle. You can use more if you like your tea stronger.
*Keep hold of the string! The ginger ale will bubble up a bit when you add the tea bags...just let the tea bag sit on the top of the liquid. If you try to push the tea bag down into the ginger ale, it will bubble over!
Step 3: Replace cap of ginger ale bottle, keeping the ends of the tea strings on the outside of the bottle.
Step 4: Place bottle on it's side. And wait....for at least 2 hours. You can not leave the tea bags in there too long, the punch just gets better with time!
Step 5: VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT! When you are ready to taste, open the bottle SLOWLY! Unscrew the cap a little and let the bubbles rise, then unscrew a little more, wait for it...It will take about 3 minutes to open the bottle...OR if you are in a hurry to taste your punch, do yourself a favor and open the bottle over the sink! It will totally be a volcano if you open it quickly. Trust me, I know!  (Unless you want a volcano of soda in your kitchen...then by all means, stand back, and open that bottle up!)
Step 6: Pour over ice and enjoy!
This would be a perfect drink to serve with a Father's Day dinner!
