1. If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Oh, gosh! I'm going to go with my first thought which is my grandmother's carmel rolls. They are the best - however not to nutritious.
2. What's your guilty pleasure/comfort food?
2. What's your guilty pleasure/comfort food?
Chocolate pudding. I always keep a box of it in the pantry.
3. What's the weirdest/craziest thing you've ever eaten?
I have to admit that I am not super adventurous with weird foods....So my answer is sand. Yep! When I was a toddler my mom had to ban me from the sand box because I would always eat the sand!

4. What foods do you avoid at all costs?
Sea food and super spicy food. And coconut - I have told people that I am allergic to coconut before to get out of eating something made with it!
5. What meal reminds you of your childhood?
Taco Salad. My family had taco salad about once a week when I was growing up. I still love it.

My mom and my grandmother both made this recipe. You really cant go wrong with this (unless you are a vegetarian). When I bring meals to families at our church - like if they just had a baby or a death in the family - I LOVE to make this dish.
I don't like coconut either. The texture is worse than the flavor, but I don't like the flavor either. p.s. Those meatballs look delicious!
ReplyDeleteugh coconut is so nasty I don't even like the smell of it.
ReplyDeleteHow do you make taco salad??
My mom would kill for some of those meatballs!
