GIRL!
To be perfectly honest, we were only praying for a healthy baby (and still are!). Boy or girl didn't really matter to us. But we are thrilled to be having a little girl! My parents were in town over the weekend, and we told our families all together at dinner on Saturday night - with these shirts I made. Well, I bought the white t-shirts at Kohl's, and then wrote on them with sharpies personalized them at home.
I have to admit, it's already hard to pass up the adorable dresses, bows, and tiny pink shoes in every store I see! (but I have been able to keep myself under control thus far...)
Congratulations on the baby girl! SO exciting!
ReplyDeleteSuper happy for you!

ReplyDeleteCONGRATULATIONS!!!! After having 2 sons and three grandsons we finally got a great granddaughter 2 years ago. Oh, my, what fun I have had buying PINK. That is my favorite color and since I have never got to buy for a little girl... wellll, I have spent way too much. She has been so much fun.

WONDERFUL!! When Stella was born, I was petrified to have a girl- but she has proven to us that she is exactly what our family was missing. Indulge on a few pink things! Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteOh yay, congratulations! All the little girl accessories are so fun! I love the announcement t-shirts. :-)
