One of our favorite things to do, pretty much any time of the year, is grill.
Daniel especially LOVES anything related to grills and BBQ.
He has built several grills and smokers,
including this one...
So when we feel like a good steak dinner, I just run to the meat market and get some great steaks
like these...
And we make ourselves a little feast!
like this one we had last night:
Steak (fillet for me, ribeye for D), mashed potatoes, and farmers market fresh asparagus.
I would have to say THIS is my favorite meal.
